The photo below was taken by a first responder as flood waters from hurricane Katrina inundated the entire area. You can see the water level on the F-4 in the foreground and up to the bottom of the canopy on the F-102. In the upper right corner behind the F-100 you can see the restoration building. We measured the watermark inside the building at 10' 3". Almost every artifact in the museum was severely damaged or destroyed.
